Growing Maintenance Company looking for a Maintenance Area Manager to join our organization. The position duties and responsibilities include the following; Prepare and coordinate routes, attend meetings, daily planning and resource allocation, analyze, monitor crews performance, coordinate with management, foreman and laborers. Answer and Respond to phone calls and emails. Communicate possible issues or problems to appropriate parties. The position is ultimately responsible for the Quality and Performance of their respective routes.
Schedule Monday through Friday, Saturdays (as necessary). Typical work week 40-50 hrs.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience of 3-5yrs within the Landscape Maintenance industry. Required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Plant Material.
  • Working Knowledge of Irrigation systems (Std. Drip, Two-wire, Salco, Weather Track)
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
  • Drivers License, Required.
  • Basic Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience working in a similar position.
