Job description

RSC Landscaping is a forward-thinking company dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial clients. As a Landscape Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape beautiful and functional environments that reflect each client’s unique vision. This role involves managing projects from initial concept through installation, collaborating with a skilled team, and growing your expertise in a supportive and innovative workplace. Responsibilities
  • Create detailed landscape designs and sketches for residential and commercial properties using CAD software.
  • Meet with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and project goals.
  • Conduct site analyses to assess existing conditions and inform design decisions.
  • Prepare project estimates based on design specifications and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers and installation crews to ensure accurate and efficient execution of designs.
  • Support project success by performing additional related duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in horticultural design or a related field.
  • Experience with computer design software (such as CAD) preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with flexibility to collaborate with various crews.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work both outdoors in various weather conditions and in an office setting.
  • Consistent and dependable attendance.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
