Their duties often include planting trees and shrubs, laying sod, spreading mulch, operating landscaping equipment, and assisting with irrigation or hardscape installation. They may also be responsible for general grounds maintenance like mowing, trimming, and seasonal clean-up. Landscape laborers typically work outdoors in all weather conditions and often need physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a landscape laborer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Landscape Laborer, you need physical stamina, knowledge of landscaping techniques, and familiarity with basic horticulture, often acquired through on-the-job training or a high school diploma.
