Our work blends artistry, craftsmanship, and innovation to create timeless landscapes with contemporary appeal with the main focus on how our clients can enjoy the outdoors. We take pride in our collaborative culture, design excellence, and seamless execution from concept to completion.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Designer with a passion for luxury residential design and construction. The ideal candidate combines creative vision with construction and technical knowledge and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This role will lead the design and documentation of bespoke outdoor spaces, collaborating with clients, design teams, and construction managers to bring each project to life with exceptional quality and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the design process for high-end residential landscape projects—from conceptual design through construction documentation and implementation.
  • Collaborate with lead landscape designer, sales team, and clients to understand their lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs, translating them into cohesive, buildable designs.
  • Develop detailed plans, 3D models, and presentation graphics that communicate design intent clearly and beautifully.
  • Coordinate with internal design, estimating, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility, cost alignment, and execution integrity.
  • Prepare grading, planting, hardscape, lighting, and stormwater drainage plans in accordance with local regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct site visits for design development, construction layout, and project quality assurance.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining design excellence and meeting deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
  • 3+ years of experience in high-end residential landscape design, preferably within a design-build environment.
  • Proven ability to produce construction documentation, planting plans, and detailed design drawings.
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating luxury residential work and refined aesthetic sensibility.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software, SketchUp, Enscapes (Chaos), Adobe Creative Suite (or comparable visualization software).
  • Knowledge of regional plant material, construction methods, and design standards.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence in every detail.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
  • Paid time off and professional development support.
  • 401K Retirement match (after 90 days)
  • Collaborative, creative work environment with opportunities for growth.
  • The chance to create landscapes that redefine luxury outdoor living.
