Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Job Description

  • Manage landscape construction projects from kickoff through final completion.
  • Lead and oversee multiple landscape installation crews across active job sites.
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and daily project execution.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Oversee installations including hardscapes, drainage systems, planting, lighting, landscape renovations, and outdoor living projects.
  • Collaborate with designers and internal teams to execute project plans successfully.
  • Communicate with customers throughout each project while maintaining outstanding service.
  • Resolve field challenges quickly to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Mentor crew leaders and help strengthen field performance and accountability.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of landscape construction or landscape installation project management experience.
  • Proven experience leading field crews and supervising multiple active projects.
  • Strong knowledge of hardscape installation, planting, drainage, lighting, and landscape construction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
