Landscape Endeavors Inc. is searching for experienced Landscape Maintenance Foremen to play a key role within the company for a year round position. LEI has been serving the Colorado Springs commercial market for over 27 years specializing in installation and maintenance. We strive on delivering a quality product for our clients that will build a constructive relationship. LEI fosters a safe and productive work environment where employees are valued.

Landscape Maintenance Foreman is a full time, hourly position who will be responsible for supervision of assigned staff and daily operations on a job site, creating a fun and safe work environment, while maintaining company quality expectations, and efficiency goals.

Landscape Foreman Responsibilities:

-Effectively manage a crew of 3 to 5 members for a maintenance route.
-Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting Company culture
-Responsible for time tracking of crews.
-Attending weekly foremen meetings to discuss the past and present weeks workload, equipment and manpower needs, project guidelines, budgets and accurate job tracking.
-Managing production for our high-quality services, using best management practices, and working efficiently and safely at all times.
-Ensuring all staff are provided with necessary safety requirements; tools, equipment and materials to complete tasks efficiently.
-Ensuring all company policies, including equipment care, safety programs, and general behavior are followed by all staff
-Ensure thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness of all field communication.
-Provide a fun and safe work environment, for employees.
-Ensure quality crew performance and efficiencies.
-Manage daily operation for crew ensuring properties are getting completed within estimated hours.
-Provide of crew progress on everyday operations to upper management.
-Provide training to new crew members on all aspects of landscape maintenance.
-Apply Herbicides to unwanted pest weeds to hardscapes on all maintenance accounts. Ensuring all rules and regulations implemented by the department of agriculture are being followed.

Foreman Qualifications:

-Valid CO driver's license
-Clean MVR and insurable, NO DUI’S within the last 7 years.
-5 years of commercial landscape experience
-Knowledge of mower maintenance
-Is self motivated with a strong work ethic with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize duties in an ever changing and fast paced environment.
-Be professional in appearance and possess effective written & verbal communication skills.
-Authorized to work in the U.S.
-Previous experience in a leadership role.
-Positive attitude.
