About the JobCutting Edge Irrigation & Lawns, LLC is hiring a full-time Landscape/Field Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations. This is a hands-on management role working directly with landscape crews on job sites across East Texas.You'll oversee landscaping and irrigation projects, manage crews, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain customer satisfaction. You'll be in the field every day - not behind a desk.What You'll DoLead and supervise multiple landscaping crews in the fieldCoordinate daily schedules, routes, and crew assignmentsEnsure materials, tools, and equipment are prepped and loaded each morningPerform quality control checks on job sites throughout the dayCommunicate with clients and Account Managers regarding job progressMonitor safety, time tracking, and productivity on all projectsResolve on-site issues and coach crew members as neededSupport installation of landscape elements, irrigation systems, and hardscapes when necessaryYou hold crews accountable for quality, efficiency, and safety.
