Job description

DASMEN Residential is looking for a Drafter for our Renovations amp; Construction team to be based out of the Ramsey. NJ region. The role would be responsible for interior unit renovations, common area upgrades, and exterior projects such as clubhouse upgrades, pools, landscaping improvements, etc.
Responsibilities:
  • Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
  • Complex drafting conditions
  • Monitor project timeline, ensuring timely completion of each project milestone, notifying management of any delays if necessary
  • Knowledge of interior technical skills
  • Proficient in design softwares
  • Knowledge of interior detailing and blue prints
