Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Installation Crew Member to join our skilled team focused on residential landscaping projects throughout the Tampa Bay Area. This role is ideal for someone with experience or a strong desire to learn and grow in landscape installation, working under minimal supervision while contributing to site preparation, plant installation, and gardening. You will be part of a self-managed crew within a larger landscaping team, performing manual labor and equipment operation with an emphasis on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Remove and prepare existing landscapes for new installations
  • Install trees, plants, flowers, mulch, rock, and other groundcovers using industry standards
  • Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow supervisor, crew leader, and designer instructions for site work and scheduling
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Collaborate with team members on landscape design input and problem-solving
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and sustainability practices
  • Perform physical labor outdoors in Florida weather conditions

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of landscape installation experience
  • Valid driver's license
