Job description

We’re looking for a Fine Gardening Manager for our fast-growing Landscape Design and Construction company. You'll need to have pruning and plant health maintenance experience, arboriculture knowledge and experience with ornamental and native plants, knowledge of plant pest control, MA pesticide application license would be a plus or ability to acquire one, pruning on plants and trees, other tasks as required.

What you will do as a Fine Gardener Manager:

  • Run daily arboriculture activities like pruning, plant maintenance, plantings.
  • Container design
  • Track, monitor plant health
  • Oversee planting schedules with the team
  • Client relationship and Sales.
  • Help maintain trees and flowering plants in a commercial and residential setting.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

What you will need as a Fine Gardener Manager:

  • 3+ years of experience as a landscape horticulture.
  • MA Pesticide application certification (We can help you acquire one)
  • Landscaping Fine Garden/Hardscape sales experience required.
  • Excellent organizational skills required.
  • Ability to use technology to communicate with clients and manage workflow.
