Landscaper Crew Member – Lion Lawn Care
We are seeking dedicated, hard-working Crew Members to join our team at Lion Lawn Care. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties to the highest standards.
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role where reliability, skill, and teamwork are essential. 
Responsibilities:
  • Perform mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, pruning, planting, sod laying, and mulching
  • Operate equipment such as push/riding mowers, weed eaters, blowers, hedge trimmers, and chainsaws
  • Follow crew leader instructions to ensure quality service on every property
  • Assist with sprinkler repairs, cleanup, and seasonal landscaping tasks
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Interact with customers in a professional and respectful manner
Qualifications:
  • Valid GA driver’s license or GA ID and reliable transportation ( this will be checked and verified before being hired)
  • PREFER Minimum 6 months landscaping or groundskeeping experience 
  • Must provide 2–3 professional references from past employers/supervisors that can be verified before hired
  • Must complete a phone interview and an in-person skills assessment (basic equipment operation and safety)
  • Must be willing to complete a 1-week paid trial period to demonstrate dependability and performance
  • Ability to comfortably lift 40+ lbs., climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision
Additional Hiring Process:
  • Phone Interview – short screening to confirm qualifications
  • On-Site Skills Assessment – test of equipment handling and safety knowledge
  • One-Week Trial Period – paid trial to ensure candidate is the right fit
