What You'll Do
As a Landscape Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee commercial and high-end residential landscape installation projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
  • Manage multiple landscape construction projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each project
  • Schedule work to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Monitor budgets, production, and job costs
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship and safety
  • Collaborate with designers, estimators, vendors, and operations staff
  • Solve field challenges quickly while maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to Freeman Landscape's high standards

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of horticulture or landscape construction experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management or project management experience
  • Working knowledge of irrigation systems
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and field personnel
