Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team!
About Jenkins Landscape Company
Jenkins Landscape Company has been serving Florida's Treasure Coast and Palm Beach counties since 1959. We are proud of our employees, their high rate of FNGLA certification, and their exceptional safety rating. We're a family-owned, advancement-oriented work environment with an enthusiasm for creating long-term employment partnerships.

This person will be responsible for 2 laborers and their specified accounts. They will be provided with the necessary tools and supervision to complete this job.

Experience Required:

-Plant, Pest, and Disease Identification, preferably with an emphasis on Florida horticulture
-Knowledge of trimming, mowing, weed eating, and edging
-Basic irrigation knowledge (how to run system, minor repairs, programming)
-Experience driving a truck with trailer
-Experience leading a crew of at least one other person
-Ability to perform physical labor activities that involve reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, kneeling, bending, stooping, climbing, squatting, twisting, grasping, carrying up to 50 lbs, and working outside in various weather conditions, with or without accommodation
