Position Overview

This position will support the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, and IT and the Executive Vice President of Marketing, Category, Digital, and Pricing. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to these two Executive Leadership Team members. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the executive leadership team and functional leaders, organizes and coordinates executive efforts, and oversees special projects. This position performs a full range of administrative support duties of a confidential and challenging nature to two senior executives of the company.

What you'll do: 

  • Build effective relationships with leaders on the team to understand their roles so that meetings include the right decision makers and participants
  • Facilitate and organize workflow, ensuring that all items requiring executive follow up action are addressed
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain appointment calendars on behalf of the executives
  • Produce correspondence and presentations utilizing potentially sensitive or confidential company information
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers that do not require the executives’ attention while referring complex or highly sensitive issues to executive
  • May convey executives’ instructions and requirements to others, and exchange information with senior managers on his or her behalf
  • Help plan team events as needed, in partnership with the team leaders

Work location: 

  • This position is on-site at our Field Support office located at 300 Colonial Center Pkwy, Roswell, GA 30076

Skills We Are Seeking
  • 4-7 years of senior level Administrative Assistant experience
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting a C-level executive
  • 1-3 years of experience in building presentation decks, writing business letters, and editing leadership meeting materials
  • Intermediate or above skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
  • A positive, team first attitude
  • College degree preferred
