Senior Landscape Architect Description

Neff & Associates, a well-established professional civil engineering,
surveying, landscape architecture, and planning firm in the Northeast
Ohio area, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our
team.
Candidate will have a unique opportunity to lead a team of Landscape
Architects and guide a department with the support of a well established
firm in Northeast Ohio.
The position includes guiding creative design strategy, due diligence, site
analysis, preparation of presentation drawings, preliminary plans,
hardscape designs, planting plans, project detailing associated with
landscape/hardscape elements and other various tasks for commercial,
residential, mixed use and industrial projects.

Candidate will be responsible for other Landscape Designers/Landscape
Architects on staff, establish and meet project deadlines, and coordinate
with other design professionals to deliver documents for construction. In
addition to project related tasks, the individual will help support the
marketing and business development of the firm through the design of
promotional materials as well as building relationships with clients.

Years of Experience

(5+ years) Registered Landscape Architect, State of Ohio
