Job description

Position Summary
Our client is seeking reliable Landscape Laborers for high-volume residential site development projects across Central Indiana. This is a physically demanding, production-driven role supporting grading, sod installation, and general site prep. Candidates must be dependable, able to work long hours, and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with grading, dirt moving, and general site preparation
  • Install sod, plants, seed, and landscaping materials
  • Load and unload materials (sod pallets, tools, etc.)
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Follow direction from crew lead and adhere to safety standards
  • Support drainage and final grading efforts
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1+ year of landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, long hours)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. consistently
  • Strong attendance and reliability (critical for success)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Employment Type & Compensation
  • This is a Full-Time | Tem-to-Hire position
  • Pay rate is $19.37 per hour
  • Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
  • Start time is 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM
  • Work until 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM
  • Overtime is frequently required
