#J-18808-LjbffrAt Resilience Partners, the landowner experience is a driving force of whatwe do.The landowner is our customer, and the relationship is the company.
As Vice President of Landowner Experience, you own that relationship end to end — from first contact to a relationship of trust that lasts the life of the asset. Reports directly to ResiliencePresident.
What you will own- The landowner journey: design and run individualoutreach, education, negotiation, and ongoing relationship — measured by trust, conversion, and satisfaction, not signatures alone.
- The field and engagement team: hire, train, and lead land agents and relationship managers, and set the standard for how a Resilience representative shows up at someone's door.
- Offer and negotiation experience: fair, transparent, consistent terms and a process landowners describe as honest even when they say no.
- Voice of the landowner: structured feedback into corridor selection and the analytics product — which messages land, which objections recur, which parcels turn — so targeting gets smarter over time.
- Acquisition delivery: meet easement-acquisition targets per study area, without trading away trust to do it.
- Tools and CRM: own the systems (HubSpot and the company's data platform) that track every landowner interaction with discipline.
A landowner-experience function that is a real competitive advantage: a documented journey and field playbook, a trained team that represents us well, measurable trust and satisfaction, and acquisition targets met for at least one study area through voluntary deals — with a feedback loop that demonstrably sharpens targeting.
Must-haves- 10+ years in land acquisition, right-of-way, real estate, community relations, customer experience, or field sales leadership, with direct landowner- or customer-facing responsibility.
- Built and led field or relationship teams — set standards and held people to them.
- A negotiation track record where reputation mattered and repeat trust, not a single close, was the goal.
- Genuine respect for rural landowners and the patience to earn trust slowly.
- Comfort with CRM and data discipline; willing to travel to project regions.
- Linear-infrastructure right-of-way or easement experience (transmission, pipeline, fiber, rail) and title / property fundamentals.
- Experience standing up a function or playbook from scratch; HubSpot.
