Survey Technician / Land Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  • Perform construction staking, topographic, as-built, boundary, and drone surveys.
  • Collect, verify, and document survey data in the field.
  • Operate GPS and Leica survey equipment.
  • Prepare survey deliverables and support mapping activities using Civil 3D and Survey CAD.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate site layout and survey control.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with land surveying and field survey operations.
  • Proficiency in construction staking and topographic surveys.
  • Working knowledge of Civil 3D and Survey CAD.
  • Hands-on GPS operation experience.
  • Experience using Leica survey equipment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in the field.
