Job description

The Vistex Project Manager will work with Vistex customers on multiple cloud engagements at any given time to successfully deliver assigned projects, build client relationships and drive new business opportunities. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Project Management principles, ability to understand business needs and have a good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management oversight for assigned projects
  • Manage multiple clients/projects at any given time
  • Develop and manage milestone plans with key activities and dependencies
  • Lead customer Executive Steering Committee meetings and weekly PMO status meetings
  • Identify and close new service opportunities for your assigned clients
  • Manage project status’ and client expectations and escalate as needed
  • Manage teams of consultants to meet project timelines
  • Monitor issues and risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring to resolution
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions
  • Ability to lead a team to problem solve business or technical issues
  • Manage SOW/Contract requirements and related change requests (CR)
  • Monitor and manage project labor and expense budgets in Contract Management software

The compensation for this position is $110k to $130k annually. Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus.
