14592 - Senior Land Process & Contracts Specialist (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.
Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Required:
  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
  • Experience in land acquisition, title research, real estate operations, or related field (5+ years);
  • Experience reviewing title documents, verify ownership, and interpret legal descriptions;
  • Experience with land contracts, including easements, options, and agreement structures Experience with end-to-end land acquisition processes for infrastructure or transmission projects;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar workflow/data management systems;
  • Experience in document management, including Adobe Acrobat Pro;
  • Experience creating presentations;
  • Experience with contract and document interpretation;
  • Experience with data accuracy and quality control;
  • Experience with process improvement and operational excellence;
  • Experience with project coordination and time management;
  • Experience with systems thinking and workflow optimization.

Preferred:
  • Experience as a real estate or contracts paralegal
  • Experience as a land acquisition agent or land data/document specialist
  • Experience with land management platforms
  • Experience using GIS systems or county parcel data tools
  • Experience with eminent domain processes and regulatory requirements
  • Experience supporting energy, transmission, or infrastructure projects
  • Experience developing or delivering training programs or materials

Responsibilities:
  • Convert verbal input from meetings into clear, structured process documentation and workflows, editing live and refining with stakeholders;
  • Design, document, and continuously improve land workflows, procedures, and training materials to standardize processes and reduce risk;
  • Collaborate with Land, Legal, Title, Contracts, and Development teams to align project execution and ensure seamless workflow continuity;
  • Review land agreements (easements, options, etc.) and title documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all project phases;
  • Maintain accurate land data within tracking systems and databases, performing data validation, consistency checks, and multi-item tracking;
  • Manage and quality-check land agreement requests within Salesforce or similar systems and generate reports;
  • Deliver training and support to team members on standardized processes and tools.
