PC Technician LAN/WAN
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32099
Job Description:

The Desktop Support LAN/WAN will be responsible for providing on-site support for LAN/WAN networks. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network connectivity, hardware and software. The technician will also be responsible for installing and configuring network equipment and software, as well as providing end-user support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support for LAN/WAN networks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, hardware and software
  • Install and configure network equipment and software
  • Provide end-user support
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience as a PC LAN/WAN Technician
  • Strong knowledge of Helpdesk ticketing processes
  • Experience with network equipment and software installation and configuration
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
