Join the team at 1878 On the Lake at Lake Lawn Resort as a Server and deliver an elevated dining experience in a beautiful lakeside setting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and takes pride in providing exceptional guest service.


Position Details

  • Employment Type: Part-Timeย 
  • Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends)ย 
  • Department: Food & Beverage / Restaurantย 

What You'll Do

  • Provide attentive, professional food and beverage service to guestsย 
  • Greet guests, present menus, and communicate daily specialsย 
  • Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS systemย 
  • Serve food and beverages, ensuring quality and accuracyย 
  • Monitor guest experience and respond promptly to requestsย 
  • Set and reset tables according to restaurant standardsย 
  • Perform side work and maintain clean, organized service stationsย 
  • Stock supplies including condiments, tableware, and beveragesย 
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining areaย 
  • Support team members to ensure smooth serviceย 

Requirements

  • Previous server or restaurant experience preferredย 
  • Strong guest service and communication skillsย 
  • Experience with POS systems preferredย 
  • Knowledge of wine and food pairings is a plusย
