Join an Established and Well-Respected Private Practice Partnered with Manning Family Children's

Manning Family Children's, in partnership with Acadiana Maternal-Fetal Medicine, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician to join an established and well-supported private practice in Lafayette, Louisiana. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a thriving consultative practice with an established referral base, excellent sonographers, and the flexibility to shape your scope of work to fit your professional goals and lifestyle.

Position Highlights

  • Consultation-Based Practice: Primarily outpatient consultative care with home call coverage.
  • Flexibility & Autonomy: The incoming MFM will have the ability to tailor the practice structure to their preferred mix of consults, procedures, or hospital involvement.
  • Additional Income Opportunity: Option to take unattended hospital call, offering potential for substantial supplemental income (approx. $20,000/month).
  • Established Referral Network: Strong existing relationships with referring OB/GYNs across the region, with potential for continued growth.
  • Excellent Support Team: Experienced MFM sonographers and dedicated office staff provide seamless clinical and administrative support.
  • Collaborative Environment: Access to regional pediatric subspecialists including cardiology, neonatology, pediatric surgery, neurosurgery, and urology.
  • Outreach Opportunity: Current outreach clinic offered every other week with room to expand.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
  • Fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Louisiana
