We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and excited about being an important member of an awesome team. Our warehouse associates take ownership for all aspects of picking orders and shipping products to consumers as well as receiving/stocking inbound products onto shelves, performing cycle counts and other work while working closely with your teammates to ensure extraordinary service.
We operate 6 days a week, Sunday - Friday. Teammates are normally assigned to either a Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday workweek with various schedules between the hours of 7:00AM and 7:00PM.
Location: 8250 NE Underground Dr, Pillar 132 C, Kansas City, MO 64161 - across from the Ameristar Casino
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Distribution Specialist I, starting pay is - $18.75 / hour
  • 40% discount on all the food and snacks we sell!

The Position:
Distribution Specialists take ownership for all aspects of picking orders and shipping products to consumers as well as receiving/stocking inbound products onto shelves, performing cycle counts and other work:
- Order picking
- Packing orders for shipment
- Shipping packages
- Stocking and organizing warehouse shelves
- Must be comfortable using rolling, 12-foot ladders for order picking and product put-away
- Will frequently lift 30pounds and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Possess a customer focused orientation - has a great desire to delight every customer
- A great work ethic - you work hard to help the team succeed every day
- Good math skills and legible handwriting is important
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
