Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in preserving the overall functionality, safety, and appearance of Pine Royale Golf Resort. This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining resort facilities, golf course amenities, recreational areas, food and beverage venues, and back-of-house operations.

The ideal candidate is a skilled maintenance professional with experience in general building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment maintenance. Key ResponsibilitiesFacility & Building Maintenance
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs involving electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring.
  • Troubleshoot and repair building systems, equipment, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Conduct regular inspections of resort facilities and identify maintenance needs before they impact operations.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, departments, and management.

Resort & Grounds Maintenance
