WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a seasonal, hourly team member, you won't just work our lacrosse events, you'll help bring them to life. From building the field of play to powering smooth game day operations and energizing the crowd, you'll be right in the action where it all happens.
This is your chance to step inside the heartbeat of the sport, gain hands on event experience, and be part of the fast paced, adrenaline-charged world of lacrosse. If you love the game and thrive where whistles blow and crowds roar, this is your arena.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics.
• Support registration, merchandise sales, and customer service.
• Help manage equipment and ensure smooth event operations.
• Engage with players, coaches, and attendees to create a great experience.
• Work with the events team to execute promotions and activations.
QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
• Passion for lacrosse and sports events.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to lift/move equipment and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• No experience required, but prior event/sports experience is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
