Description
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Estate Administration paralegal to support our growing team. The ideal candidate for this position is pleasant to work with in a small firm environment and has administered estates from start to finish for at least three years. The best candidate will have experience using Lackner software, completing Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns, communicating with financial institutions, and anticipating each step of the estate administration process. Estate planning experience might be helpful, but experience with administering an estate is required. Responsibilities
• Meet with the executor to gather death certificates, financial records, and other essential documents
• Draft notices required in the Pennsylvania probate process
• Use Lackner software, prepare inheritance tax return, and anticipate deadlines

• Be willing to help the team in other ways!
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of probate and estate administration experience in a law firm
