• Help develop and update personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans alongside each client.
• Support clients through everyday challenges and moments of crisis with compassion and sound judgment.
• Work closely with our medical, MAT, and case-management team to support whole-person care.
• Connect clients with alumni support, sober living, and community resources as they transition forward.
• Keep timely, accurate, and confidential client records.
• Deliver culturally responsive care that honors each client's background and beliefs, including Wellbriety and Native American traditions.
Requirements

• A degree or coursework in addiction studies, psychology, social work, counseling, human services, or a related field.
• Experience in a substance use or behavioral health setting is a plus, but early-career counselors are encouraged to apply.
• A compassionate, dependable, team-oriented approach and a heart for recovery work.
• Comfort providing care in a faith-informed, culturally responsive environment.
• Availability for an on-site, daytime schedule in Billings, Montana.
Benefits

• Clinical supervision toward your Montana LAC, at no cost to you
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• Continuing education and licensure-exam support
• Mentorship, training, and real room to grow
• A supportive, close-knit, recovery-oriented team
