Job description

Adecco is hiring a Compliance Laboratory Technician for a contract position supporting the Dish Care and Fabric Care R&D Laboratory in Charlotte, NC. This is an onsite role focused on product testing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement for laundry and dishwasher platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform energy efficiency, performance, and safety compliance testing for dishwashers, washers, and dryers

  • Set up and operate test equipment using sensors and data acquisition systems

  • Collect, validate, and analyze test data to support design and certification requirements

  • Identify and communicate performance issues and improvement opportunities

  • Collaborate with R&D engineers to ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a technical field or 5+ years of product testing experience

  • Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation, compliance testing, and data collection systems

  • Familiarity with LabVIEW or similar automation platforms a plus

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a cross-functional, team-based environment

Work Environment
  • Onsite role based in Charlotte, NC

  • Laboratory and test facility environment; PPE required

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
