Job Title: Hardware RF Engineer
Job Location: Bellevue , WA
Job Duration: 3 Months, Contract to Hire

Qualifications: 
 
Mandatory Skills
  • RF front-end components, link budget analysis, digital modulation schemes
  • RF Transmitters and Receiver Parametric Testing for LTE, WCDMA and GSM
  • Receiver desensitization measurements, noise-profiling, co-existence measurements and testing
  • RF Calibration, verification of modem RF front-end.
  • Experienced with RF Equipment like Wireless Communication Tester (CMW-500, MT8820, UXM Series), Signal analyzers (PXA, FSW), VNA and power meters
  • Good Knowledge on communication theory, wireless systems, propagation considerations, signal processing, analog and digital filtering
  • RF Test & measurement data analysis & debug
  • 3GPP Specification for RF conformance (GSM, WCDMA, LTE & 5G-NR) 36.101, 36.521.xx, 25.101/102 etc
  • RF Station Calibration.
  • QC Tools - QPST, PCAT QUTS, QDART Tools and QXDM
Good To have:
  • QXDM log analysis, QSPR Scripting2
  • RF Transmitters and Receiver Parametric Testing for 5G-NR FR1 (sub6) and FR2 (millimeter wave) Bands
  • Cellular call flow and understanding of protocol
  • Automation/Scripting knowledge - Labview, Powershell, python, perl
