About Our Agency:
Agent Lockaby is a 4th generation State Farm Agent who has been serving the community for over 15 years. A native of Kennesaw, GA, and a Jacksonville State University graduate, he became the youngest State Farm agent in the country in 2008. He values his roles as a husband and father, often even bringing their Labrador retriever, Jake, to the office. 
Agent Lockaby fosters team camaraderie through activities like bowling, attending Atlanta United and Braves games, and organizing group lunches. Last year, the entire team took a beach trip to Mexico for a fantastic bonding experience. 
 
 ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Glynn Lockaby - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
