We are seeking a driven, coachable individual to join our leadership development track as an Entry-Level Manager. This remote, contract-based position offers the opportunity to lead and mentor agents, optimize performance, and progress quickly into senior leadership roles—all while helping families protect what matters most.

Requirements

Strong leadership potential with natural team-building instincts

Excellent communication and coaching abilities, especially via virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom)

Ability to analyze sales data and implement performance-improvement strategies

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
