Job description

Job Summary:

The general laborer position requires the processing of steel tubing which will be stacked into bundles, secured, strapped, and placed on the floor for order fulfillment. He/She will work in more than one working station, this includes but is not limited to making rebar, cutting tube and cutting down wood pallets.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Start Up / Shut Off Machinery.

  • Stacking Tube.

  • Cutting Tube.

  • Strapping Bundles.

  • Product inspection.

  • Cleaning the workstation.

Qualifications

  • Focused attention span.

  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions on work orders.

  • Able to follow all safety requirements.

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
