Assistant General Manager

Greater Naples Area, Florida


A nationally recognized fast-casual restaurant brand is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead one of its high-volume locations in the Greater Naples area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated restaurant leader who enjoys developing teams, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and preparing for the next step into a General Manager role. You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team while playing a key role in the restaurant's daily success.


What You Will Do


  • Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members to deliver consistent execution and outstanding guest service.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Monitor labor, food cost, inventory, and operating expenses.
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Step into the General Manager role when needed, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Help drive sales, profitability, and operational goals through strong floor leadership.
  • Promote a positive, accountable culture built on teamwork and operational excellence.


What We Are Looking For


  • Previous restaurant management experience in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
  • Experience supervising teams in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Working knowledge of labor management, food cost controls, and restaurant financial performance.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives on the floor and leads by example.

Compensation & Details


  • Starting Salary: $65,000 annually
