Job description

• Follow general construction safety guidelines and ensure proper use of Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Work safely around open trenches and assist with trench-related tasks.
• Install underground conduit and ground wire according to specifications.
• Backfill and compact trenches using shovels and dirt-packing equipment.
• Spot and assist operators working with forklifts, digging equipment, cranes, and other
heavy machinery.
• Work with taglines to assist in setting steel structures.
• Assist with the installation of electrical substation steel and equipment.
• Read and interpret tape measurements accurately for construction tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Requirements:
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• OSHA 10 certification (minimum requirement).
• Ability to work safely in and around open trenches and heavy equipment.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor in outdoor environments.
