Job description

Laborer/ Equipment Operator

Equipment Operator, Flex Labor & Dirt Work

We are seeking motivated individuals for full-time positions involving heavy to light equipment operation, labor, and dirt work. This role offers competitive pay, and benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate various types of light to heavy equipment.
  • Knowledge of dirt work, restoration, and clearing functions and operations.
  • Knowledge on safely operating Front-End Loaders, Excavators, skid steers and other related equipment.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
  • Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Comfortable working at heights or tight spaces
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
  • MSHA  certification is a plus but not required
  • Willingness and ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug/alcohol screening
