Job description

The Warehouse General Laborer plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a large warehouse team, consisting of 16 or more people. This position involves a mix of manual labor and mechanized processes using forklifts and conveyors to ensure efficient inventory flow, order fulfillment, and workplace organization.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inventory accurately to maintain stock integrity
  • Load and unload shipments efficiently and safely
  • Pick orders according to specified instructions
  • Package items securely for shipment or storage
  • Move materials within the warehouse using appropriate equipment
  • Stock shelves to ensure products are organized and accessible
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area
