Job Title: General LaborerJob Description

The General Laborer supports day-to-day operations by performing a variety of manual tasks, including material handling, production assistance, and facility upkeep. This role helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting production teams and adhering to established safety procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Handle manual labor tasks such as heavy lifting, moving materials, and performing general cleanup throughout the facility.
  • Support production activities by assisting machine operators and processing teams with daily workflow and basic operational needs.
  • Perform facility maintenance duties, including keeping the work area, shop floor, and surrounding grounds clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of required protective gear and adherence to company safety policies.
  • Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed to support assembly, production, and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with forklift-related activities when trained and authorized, such as moving pallets or materials safely within the facility.
  • Help maintain an orderly work environment by organizing materials, disposing of waste properly, and reporting any unsafe conditions.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
