What You'll Do
- Perform clinical laboratory testing to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment
- Operate laboratory equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Maintain accurate and legible documentation of test results
- Handle specimens with care and uphold confidentiality standards
- Support quality control procedures and lab safety standards
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and team members
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) license or certification
- Prior laboratory experience or relevant training
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting
- Familiarity with laboratory software and equipment
