Education- Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Completion of an accredited CLS or Medical Laboratory Scientist program.
- Current certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) through ASCP or equivalent.
