Science and Medicine Group, an industry leader in digital media for Health Imaging, Dental, and Clinical laboratory market, is looking for a National Sales Account Manager. This job entails selling digital media solutions to companies in the dental market space. Most selling occurs remotely with approximately 15% travel to tradeshows and occasional customer visits.


The ideal candidate is someone currently selling digital media, preferably in the healthcare market. However, a skilled digital sales professional who is eager to join a well-funded and rapidly growing business and is willing to quickly learn about a new market will receive consideration.

Requirements:

This person will play a key role in maintaining and growing the sales for AuntMinnie.com and AuntMinnieEurope.com site by:


Sales – 65%

· Engage on the phone, online, and in person with companies to facilitate sales of products

· Work with the CEO and Head of Sales to develop strategies on areas to grow new business

· Achieve individual and group review targets by managing and growing exiting accounts and developing new business

· Understand the healthcare side of the business to help solve customer business challenges

· Maintain and grow long-term client relationships

· Prospect and acquire


Coordination/Communication – 25%

· Respond to and follow up on inquiries and leads in a timely manner

· Utilize CRM to track interaction with clients and potential clients

· Bring together in-house teams to meet and exceed customer expectations


Special Projects/Ad hoc Responsibilities – 10%

· Flexibility to shift into other ancillary sales areas as needed

· Additional duties as needed and assigned


Skills & Competencies

· Experience working with large accounts that require multiple stakeholders’ approval

· Highly motivated, self-starter with attention to detail

· Strong prospecting and account nurturing skills

· Outstanding organization, communication, and presentation skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Google Suite.

· Ability to handle high volume customer portfolio with multiple products

· Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight

· Aptitude for critical thinking and attention to detail

· Excellent problem solving, judgement, and decision-making skills

Education & Experience

· 5+ years experience selling digital solutions through needs-based approach

· Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and proven relationships with companies in this market

· Experience managing long-term relationships with clients

· Experience presenting solutions to clients and potential clients

· Experience with prospecting to find the right decision maker

· Experience using CRM
