Family Practice Physician
Location: Lebanon, PA
Position Type: Full-Time
About the Opportunity:
Marie Lawrence Associates is conducting a confidential search for a Family Practice Physician on behalf of our client, a well-established healthcare organization serving the Lebanon, Pennsylvania community.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered practice dedicated to delivering comprehensive primary care while improving the overall health and well-being of the communities it serves. Position Summary:
The Family Practice Physician is responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services, including the examination, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients of all ages. The physician will practice within the scope of their professional licensure and board certification while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive primary medical care using evidence-based clinical practices.
  • Perform patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret laboratory studies, diagnostic imaging, and other appropriate tests.
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with Pennsylvania licensure and applicable regulations.
  • Refer patients to specialists and community resources when appropriate.
  • Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle practices.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation.
  • Complete medical forms and documentation required for patient care, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay current with evolving clinical guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and support staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
  • Current Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Current DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive, patient-centered care.
  • English proficiency required.

  • Experience practicing in a community health or primary care setting.
