What you will do:

The Workshop Coordinator position will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the shipping, maintenance, creations and assembly of display equipment with the Stryker Upper Extremity product groups for use at meetings or to meet the needs within the sales organization. Assists the Training Laboratory Associate Manager in organizing and executing the programs at the Bloomington Lab and supporting Bloomington Laboratory equipment, supplies, facility needs and the following listed below:

  • Manage the shipping, check-in, inventory, and maintenance of all Upper Extremity equipment.
  • Work with product teams to coordinate needs for workshop, sample, display, graphic and other equipment
  • Maintain a standard configuration file for each product system to determine what is to be sent out when a set is requested
  • Maintain the laser marking of each sample instrument and implant before it is deployed to the set inventory
  • Identify vendors and collaborate with the team to develop and implement systems for ordering, scheduling, and shipping equipment and containers requested by the field or marketing team.
  • Work with manager to define and update/maintain policies related to all aspects of workshop and equipment ordering from the field
  • Assist in general coordination of activities of meetings as required
  • Supports the hands-on training and development activities of the Upper Extremity Medical Education Team with a specific focus on supporting the Bloomington Laboratory and programs.
  • Assist the Training Laboratory Associate Manager in organizing and executing the programs at the Bloomington Lab. Support Bloomington Laboratory equipment, supplies, and facility needs.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and instrumentation, while managing inventory of lab supplies and marketing materials to support successful training labs.

  • High school diploma

Preferred:

  • 2 years of work experience as a lab coordinator or similar role
  • Associates degree
  • Previous loaner operations or distribution operations experience
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs

$29.42 - $40.69 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits
