En tant que Gestionnaire associe(e) des services de projets en laboratoire, vous serez responsable de la gestion de tous les aspects lies au laboratoire pour les projets d'essais cliniques assignes a un client ou a un programme specifique. Vous serez le principal point de contact du client apres l'attribution de l'etude et pendant tout le cycle de vie de l'etude (demarrage, maintien, cloture), tout en vous assurant que le travail est effectue conformement aux procedures operationnelles normalisees, aux politiques et aux bonnes pratiques.

Ce que vous ferez :
  • Faciliter la mise en place fluide des etudes, incluant l'examen des protocoles et budgets, la direction des reunions, l'elaboration et la mise en uvre des plans de projet, des jalons, des registres de risques, de problemes et d'actions.

  • Participer aux processus de soumission de propositions et de developpement des affaires, y compris les reunions de defense de soumission.

  • Assurer le suivi du plan de gestion de projet, des echeanciers, des livrables, et gerer la documentation de l'etude durant tout le cycle de vie du projet, y compris l'archivage dans le systeme eTMF.

  • Gerer les changements de portee de l'etude et surveiller le budget, la qualite de l'etude ainsi que toute problematique liee aux services, en mettant en uvre les ajustements necessaires.

  • Developper et entretenir la relation avec le client, faciliter la communication, et collaborer avec toutes les equipes operationnelles de l'entreprise.

  • Coordonner le suivi des sondages aupres des clients et les verifications regulieres de satisfaction pour renforcer la relation client.

  • Representer l'entreprise lors de reunions d'investigateurs et d'autres reunions internes/externes en personne.

  • Etablir des canaux de communication reguliers avec les sites pour gerer les attentes et les enjeux du projet de facon continue.

Ce que nous recherchons :
  • Diplome de baccalaureat en sciences de la vie ou dans un domaine connexe (prefere).

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'experience dans l'industrie clinique ou de la recherche, dont au moins 1 an en gestion ou mise en place de projets (prefere).

  • Une combinaison equivalente de formation, d'experience et d'education pourrait etre acceptee en l'absence de diplome.

  • Experience demontree dans la gestion reussie d'essais cliniques de phases I a IV (prefere).

Connaissances, competences et aptitudes requises :
  • Connaissance des processus de gestion de projets, des processus en laboratoire de l'entreprise et/ou connaissance equivalente des operations de laboratoire central (trousses/fournitures, logistique, operations de laboratoire, entreposage des specimens, rapports et transferts de donnees, alertes sites, etc.).

  • Capacite a travailler dans un environnement rapide tout en demontrant de solides competences organisationnelles et le respect des echeances.

  • Maitrise de Microsoft Office et des systemes de l'entreprise, ou experience equivalente avec des systemes de laboratoire centralises similaires.

  • Capacite a etablir et maintenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les collegues, gestionnaires et clients.

  • Vous devrez travailler directement avec des departements, des equipes, des fonctions de support et des parties prenantes d'IQVIA situes partout au Canada et a travers le monde, par consequent, une connaissance fonctionnelle de l'anglais, tant a l'ecrit qu'a l'oral, est necessaire a l'exercice des fonctions de ce poste.

We are seekingan Associate Laboratory Project Services Managerto join IQVIA Laboratories businessin a remote position.

As an Associate Laboratory Project Services Manager, you will be managing all laboratory aspects of assigned clinical trial projects for a customer or a specific program for a customer. You will act as the main point of contact for the customer after study award and throughout the entire study lifecycle (startup, maintenance, closeout), while ensuring work is conducted in line with standard operating procedures, policies, and good practices.

What you'll be doing:

  • Facilitating seamless study set-up including protocol and budget review, leading meetings, develop and implement project plans, milestone, risk, issue, and action logs.

  • Participating in the proposal and business development process including bid defense meetings.

  • Monitoring the Project Management Plan, timelines, deliverables, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle including filing into eTMF.

  • Managing study scope changes and budget monitoring quality of the study and any service-related issues, implementing changes as required.

  • Building and owning the customer relationship, facilitating communication, collaborating with all operational areas within the company.

  • Coordinating customer survey follow up and ongoing health checks to support customer relationship building.

  • Representing the company at Investigator meetings and other internal/external face to face meetings.

  • Establishing regular lines of communication with sites to manage on-going project expectations and issues.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences and/or related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of clinical or research industry experience, including 1 year project management/project set up experience preferred.

  • Or equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

  • Experience in successfully leading Phase I-IV clinical trials preferred.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

  • Working knowledge of Project Management processes, the company laboratory processes, and/or equivalent working knowledge of central laboratory operations (kits/supplies, logistics, laboratory operations, specimen storage, data reporting and transfers, site alerts, etc.).

  • Working in a fast-paced environment while possessing strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrating computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and the company systems, or equivalent experience with similar centralized laboratory systems.

  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers.

  • You will be required to work directly with IQVIA departments, teams, support functions and stakeholders located across Canada and around the world therefore, a functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is necessary to perform the duties of this position.
