Construction General Laborer Up to 1,500+ WEEKLY w/OT

Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!  We are seeking dependable Construction General Laborers to support an overpass replacement project in Ruston, Louisiana. This position involves performing a variety of physical labor tasks while assisting skilled trades and maintaining a safe, productive work environment. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions and around active construction equipment.
Responsibilities

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of construction general labor experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
  • Must be reliable and able to work in an outdoor construction environment.
  • English or Spanish speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Must comply with pre-employment background check, drug screen, and E-Verify requirements.

Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Must be available to work weekends as needed.
