National Account Manager (B2B Sales)
Bloomington, MN | Full-Time


This is an opportunity for a motivated salesperson who enjoys opening doors, developing long-term client relationships, and providing customized business solutions. If you're energized by prospecting, consultative selling, and helping companies solve workforce and transportation challenges, we'd love to hear from you.


What You'll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with companies across multiple industries.
  • Sell transportation workforce and equipment leasing solutions to businesses nationwide.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, including business owners, operations managers, HR professionals, and transportation leaders.
  • Conduct phone prospecting, virtual meetings, and in-person sales calls to generate new accounts.
  • Create and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent lead generation and follow-up.
  • Understand each client's unique business challenges and recommend customized service solutions.
  • Learn the complexities of employee leasing and equipment leasing within the transportation industry.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Represent Labor Services Company with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven ability to generate new business.
  • Experience selling rather than products is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting, cold calling, networking, and closing business.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Transportation, logistics, staffing, or workforce solutions experience is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools preferred.
  • Comfortable leveraging LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business development.

As deregulation began to affect private carriers, we were able to provide a cost-effective way to handle their transportation needs, and Labor Services expanded.

Our headquarters is located in Minneapolis, MN and we currently have employees in 22 states, including warehouse associates, mechanics, tank washers, ISO forklift operators and truck drivers to name a few!
