CDR General Services is seeking a Soft Wash Helper to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. This position is ideal for individuals interested in learning exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, coachable, and committed to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Various job sites
  • Pay Rate: $17 per hour
  • Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, typically 7:00 AM โ€“ 4:00/5:00 PM (8โ€“10 hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with soft washing services using low-pressure water and cleaning solutions
  • Help clean exterior surfaces including siding, stucco, and other building materials
  • Assist in washing driveways and concrete surfaces
  • Support removal of dirt, algae, mold, mildew, and organic buildup
  • Help apply cleaning agents, including bleach-based solutions, as directed
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work as part of a team on residential and commercial projects
  • Be available to work at heights when required by the project
