What is the Opportunity?

We are looking for dependableย Labor Helpers to support our industrial work crews. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are physically fit, safety-minded, and ready to work in a fast-paced construction or maintenance environment. No prior trade experience is required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Move tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas.
  • Clean boilers, tanks, and work zones using scrapers, hoses, and other tools.
  • Assist with positioning and holding parts for welding, fitting, or assembly.
  • Attach cables, slings, or ropes to materials under direction.
  • Help pipefitters, welders, and other tradespeople with basic tasks.
  • Operate basic equipment (e.g., hand trucks, hoists) and fuel/lubricate machinery.
  • Perform general labor duties such as sweeping, lifting, and material handling.
  • Work in various environments including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor conditions.
