General Laborer
Location: Moulton, Alabama
Compensation: $19.21 per hour
About the Opportunity
RHI Magnesita is seeking a dependable and safety-focused General Laborer to join our manufacturing operation in Moulton, Alabama. This hands-on role supports daily production activities and plays an important part in advancing our recycling and sustainable manufacturing efforts. You'll work in a fast-paced industrial environment, operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting multiple areas of the facility to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
  • Operate overhead cranes to safely lift and move large concrete or industrial components
  • Use hand tools, such as hammers, for assembly, demolition, or adjustment tasks
  • Operate sit-down forklifts to transport materials and finished products throughout the facility
  • Organize, store, and retrieve materials using shelving systems
  • Perform general labor duties, including material handling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Assist with production and manufacturing operations as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
  • Support other departments and teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
  • Ability to operate, or willingness to learn to operate, overhead cranes and sit-down forklifts (training provided)
  • Comfort with physically demanding work, including frequent lifting and standing
