This process is essential for training machine learning models, as the labelled data is used to teach algorithms how to recognize patterns and make accurate predictions. Labelling tasks can range from simple image annotation to more complex tasks like transcribing audio or categorizing content. Often, these positions are remote and may be offered by companies building AI systems or data platforms. Attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines are important skills for labelling jobs.
